1.1 These Terms govern the access to and use of all products, services, facilities and digital platforms offered by SAZ Sports LLP. 1.2 These Terms apply irrespective of whether the User accesses the Services through: a. Website b. Mobile Application c. Partner Platform d. Franchise Centre e. Company-operated Facility f. Third-party booking integrations g. Offline registration h. Promotional campaigns
Unless specifically excluded in writing, these Terms apply to every present and future service offered by SAZ, including but not limited to: Court booking, Turf booking, Sports coaching, Membership programmes, Sports academies, Tournaments, Camps, Workshops, Merchandise sales, Sports equipment rentals, Café or food services operated by SAZ, Athlete performance analysis, Sports CV platform, Player rankings, AI-powered coaching, AI nutrition recommendations, AI body analysis, Video analysis, Match analytics, Community features, Event registrations, Digital certificates, Loyalty programmes, Reward programmes, Wallet credits, Gift cards, Franchise-operated centres, Future software products, Any additional service introduced by SAZ.
3.1 By accessing any Service, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing merchandise, enrolling in coaching, participating in tournaments, uploading information or otherwise interacting with SAZ, the User acknowledges having read, understood and agreed to these Terms. 3.2 Acceptance may occur through: Clicking "I Agree", Creating an account, Completing payment, Making a booking, Participating in an event, Continuing to use the Platform after updates to these Terms. 3.3 If the User does not agree to these Terms, the User shall immediately discontinue use of all SAZ Services.
These Terms shall be read together with the following policies published by SAZ, each of which forms an integral part of this agreement: Privacy Policy, Booking Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Membership Policy, Coaching Policy, Tournament Rules, Community Guidelines, Child Safety Policy, Health & Risk Waiver, Sports CV Policy, AI Services Policy, Marketplace Terms, Shipping & Return Policy, Cookie Policy, Intellectual Property Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy. In the event of inconsistency, the more specific policy shall prevail for the relevant subject matter.
5.1 Users must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the applicable laws of India. 5.2 Individuals below eighteen (18) years of age may access the Services only through a parent or lawful guardian. 5.3 The parent or guardian represents and warrants that: they have authority to accept these Terms; they consent to the collection and processing of the minor's information in accordance with applicable law; they shall remain responsible for all activities undertaken by the minor on the Platform; they shall ensure the minor complies with these Terms. 5.4 SAZ reserves the right to seek proof of age, identity or guardianship at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in suspension or termination of the relevant account.
Account means a registered user profile created on the SAZ Platform. Athlete Profile means a player's digital profile maintained on the Platform. Booking means a confirmed reservation of a facility or service. Coach means any trainer, instructor or sports professional associated with SAZ, whether employed directly or engaged as an independent contractor. Content includes text, photographs, videos, graphics, rankings, comments, reviews, documents, software and all other digital material. Facility includes badminton courts, tennis courts, football turfs, cricket facilities, training centres, academies, cafés and any other premises operated or managed by SAZ. Member means a User enrolled under any membership programme offered by SAZ. Minor means any individual below eighteen (18) years of age. Platform means the SAZ website, mobile application and associated digital systems. Services means every product, service, event, programme or facility offered by SAZ. Sports CV means the athlete profile, achievements, certifications, statistics, rankings, videos and related information maintained by or on behalf of a User. User means any person accessing or using the Services in any manner.
7.1 SAZ may introduce, discontinue, suspend, modify or replace any Service at its sole discretion. 7.2 Nothing contained on the Platform shall be construed as a representation that any particular Service shall remain permanently available. 7.3 SAZ may impose eligibility criteria, capacity limits, geographical restrictions or operational conditions for any Service.
8.1 SAZ may amend these Terms from time to time to: comply with applicable law; improve operational processes; introduce new products; address security concerns; implement technological changes; protect legitimate business interests. 8.2 Updated Terms shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise specified. 8.3 Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The User agrees that SAZ may communicate through: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, Telephone, Website notices, Mobile application notifications, Other electronic communication channels notified by SAZ. Such communications may include booking confirmations, payment receipts, OTPs, service announcements, policy updates, promotional offers (subject to applicable law), safety notices and operational communications.
These Terms are prepared in English. Where translations are provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
11.1 Account Creation — A User may access certain Services without creating an Account. However, Services including but not limited to court bookings, memberships, coaching enrolments, tournament registrations, Sports CV creation, purchases, and personalised features shall require registration. 11.2 Information to be Provided — During registration, SAZ may require the User to provide: Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Date of Birth, Gender (where required), Residential Address, Emergency Contact Details, Government-issued identification (where required), Sports preferences, Player skill level, Medical information voluntarily disclosed by the User, Parent or Guardian details for Minors. SAZ reserves the right to request additional information where reasonably necessary for regulatory compliance, safety, fraud prevention, or operational purposes. 11.3 Accuracy of Information — The User represents and warrants that all information submitted is: true; accurate; current; complete; and not misleading. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
12.1 User Responsibility — The User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials, passwords, OTPs, authentication devices and other security information. 12.2 Unauthorized Access — If a User becomes aware of: unauthorized access; suspected compromise; loss of credentials; identity theft; or fraudulent activity, the User shall immediately notify SAZ through the designated support channels. 12.3 Liability — Until such notification is received and acknowledged by SAZ, all activities carried out through the Account shall be deemed to have been authorized by the User, except where such liability cannot be imposed under applicable law.
13.1 Personal Accounts — Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by SAZ. 13.2 Sale or Transfer — Users shall not: sell; lease; transfer; assign; sublicense; or commercially exploit their Accounts or Account privileges without prior written approval from SAZ. 13.3 Multiple Accounts — SAZ may merge, suspend or remove duplicate Accounts created by the same User where operationally necessary.
14.1 Verification Rights — SAZ reserves the right to verify the identity of any User before permitting access to certain Services. 14.2 Verification Methods — Verification may include: Mobile OTP, Email verification, Government-issued identification, Photograph verification, Parent consent verification, Physical verification at SAZ facilities. 14.3 Refusal of Verification — Failure to complete requested verification may result in: suspension of bookings; withholding of tournament participation; suspension of Sports CV publication; refusal of membership benefits; or account suspension.
Each User agrees to: use the Platform lawfully and responsibly; comply with all applicable laws and regulations; respect coaches, officials, staff, volunteers and fellow Users; maintain appropriate behaviour within SAZ Facilities; use sports equipment safely and responsibly; promptly report safety hazards or accidents; provide accurate medical disclosures wherever requested; follow all instructions issued by SAZ personnel relating to safety, operations or emergency procedures.
Users shall not directly or indirectly: provide false identity documents; create fake athlete profiles; upload fabricated certificates; manipulate rankings; upload misleading statistics; misrepresent sporting achievements; book facilities using fraudulent payment methods; circumvent booking restrictions; use automated scripts, bots or crawlers; attempt to gain unauthorized access to SAZ systems; interfere with Platform security; introduce malware, ransomware or malicious code; disrupt tournaments or coaching sessions; damage SAZ property; harass or threaten any User or employee; upload offensive, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or illegal content; engage in cheating or match manipulation during SAZ events; use the Platform for commercial solicitation without written approval.
17.1 Users may upload: profile photographs; videos; match recordings; certificates; achievements; reviews; comments; tournament results; training content. 17.2 The User warrants that: such content belongs to the User or is lawfully licensed; uploading does not infringe third-party rights; the content is accurate to the best of the User's knowledge. 17.3 SAZ reserves the right to: review; moderate; reject; remove; edit (for formatting only); or temporarily disable any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law. 17.4 SAZ shall not be obligated to publish any User Content.
18.1 Users are solely responsible for the authenticity of information submitted to the Sports CV platform. 18.2 SAZ may independently verify: tournament participation; rankings; medals; certificates; coaching credentials; photographs; videos; performance statistics. 18.3 Verification by SAZ shall not constitute a guarantee of future accuracy or completeness. 18.4 Submission of forged or manipulated documents may result in: permanent removal of the Sports CV; suspension of the Account; cancellation of memberships; disqualification from tournaments; and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
SAZ may suspend or restrict an Account where: fraudulent activity is suspected; payment disputes arise; repeated misconduct occurs; User safety is at risk; another User's safety is threatened; false information is discovered; these Terms are materially breached; legal or regulatory authorities require such action. Where reasonably practicable, SAZ shall communicate the reasons for suspension and provide an opportunity to respond, unless immediate action is necessary to protect safety, security, or comply with law.
20.1 By the User — Users may request deletion of their Account subject to: settlement of outstanding dues; completion of ongoing transactions; compliance with applicable legal retention requirements. 20.2 By SAZ — SAZ may terminate an Account for material or repeated violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, misuse of the Platform, or other lawful reasons. 20.3 Effect of Termination — Termination shall not affect: accrued payment obligations; rights relating to completed transactions; intellectual property rights; dispute resolution provisions; or any clause intended to survive termination.
21.1 SAZ provides an online and offline facility reservation system for sports courts, turfs, coaching sessions, tournaments, events and other services offered by the Company. 21.2 A booking shall be deemed confirmed only when: a. the booking request has been accepted by SAZ; b. the applicable payment has been successfully received or otherwise approved by SAZ; and c. a booking confirmation has been generated through the Platform or communicated by SAZ. 21.3 Submission of a booking request does not guarantee confirmation. 21.4 SAZ reserves the right to reject any booking without assigning reasons where reasonably necessary for operational, legal or safety purposes.
A User making a booking represents that: a. the booking is genuine; b. all information provided is accurate; c. the User has authority to make the booking; d. all participants are aware of the booking conditions; e. where minors participate, the necessary parental consent has been obtained.
23.1 Court numbers, training areas, practice zones or other allocated facilities are indicative only. 23.2 SAZ may change the allotted facility due to: maintenance, technical failures, weather, tournaments, coaching requirements, operational efficiency, emergencies, safety considerations. 23.3 Such changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms provided an equivalent facility is made available wherever reasonably possible.
24.1 Users are encouraged to arrive at least fifteen (15) minutes before the scheduled booking. 24.2 Late arrival shall not extend the booking duration. 24.3 Where a User arrives significantly late, SAZ may release the booking if operationally necessary. 24.4 Unused booking time shall not be carried forward unless expressly permitted.
Users shall: wear appropriate sports footwear; use equipment responsibly; comply with all displayed rules; maintain cleanliness; avoid damaging infrastructure; respect neighbouring courts; immediately report hazards or accidents.
The following are prohibited unless specifically authorised by SAZ: smoking or vaping; consumption of alcohol; possession or consumption of narcotic substances; gambling; abusive language; violent behaviour; carrying dangerous weapons; unauthorised commercial photography; political or religious campaigning; unauthorised coaching; unauthorised sale of goods or services. SAZ reserves the right to immediately remove any individual engaging in prohibited conduct.
27.1 Users shall exercise reasonable care while using SAZ facilities. 27.2 Any damage caused due to intentional acts, negligence or misuse may be recovered from the responsible User. 27.3 SAZ may recover repair or replacement costs after providing reasonable particulars of the damage.
28.1 Users are responsible for their own belongings. 28.2 SAZ shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except where such liability cannot legally be excluded. 28.3 Found property may be retained by SAZ for a reasonable period before disposal in accordance with internal procedures.
29.1 Prices may vary based on: location; sport; day of the week; peak or non-peak hours; public holidays; membership category; tournaments; promotional campaigns; seasonal demand. 29.2 All applicable taxes shall be charged as required by law. 29.3 SAZ reserves the right to revise future pricing without affecting confirmed bookings.
30.1 Payments may be accepted through payment gateways, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets or any other approved payment method. 30.2 The User authorises SAZ and its authorised payment partners to process payments for bookings and purchases. 30.3 SAZ shall not be liable for delays arising from: banking systems; payment gateways; telecommunications failures; internet disruptions; third-party payment processors. 30.4 Where a payment is debited but confirmation is not received due to technical reasons, SAZ shall investigate the transaction in coordination with the payment partner before confirming, cancelling or refunding the booking.
31.1 A failed transaction shall not create any entitlement to a booking. 31.2 If duplicate payments are received for the same booking due to technical reasons, SAZ shall process the excess amount in accordance with its Refund Policy after verification.
SAZ reserves the right to cancel bookings and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of: stolen payment instruments; chargeback abuse; payment fraud; identity theft; money laundering; unlawful financial activity. SAZ may cooperate with banks, payment service providers and law enforcement authorities as required by law.
33.1 SAZ may offer various categories of memberships with different benefits, pricing, validity periods and eligibility criteria. 33.2 Membership benefits shall apply only during the validity period unless expressly stated otherwise. 33.3 Memberships are personal and non-transferable except where expressly permitted by SAZ. 33.4 Membership benefits may include preferential pricing, priority booking, coaching discounts, tournament access or other privileges as notified by SAZ. No particular benefit is guaranteed unless expressly included in the applicable membership plan.
Membership renewal shall be subject to: payment of applicable fees; compliance with these Terms; continued availability of the membership programme. SAZ reserves the right to discontinue any membership plan for future renewals.
Where a User repeatedly fails to attend confirmed bookings without timely cancellation, SAZ may: issue warnings; temporarily restrict advance bookings; suspend promotional benefits; impose reasonable operational restrictions; take other proportionate measures consistent with the applicable Booking Policy.
SAZ reserves the right to refuse entry or discontinue Services where reasonably necessary to: protect the safety of Users or staff; prevent unlawful conduct; enforce these Terms; comply with legal obligations; or protect SAZ property and operations. Any such decision shall be taken in a fair and non-discriminatory manner and in accordance with applicable law.
37.1 SAZ may conduct coaching programmes through its employees, contractual coaches, certified trainers, academies, partner organisations or independent sports professionals. 37.2 Enrolment into a coaching programme does not guarantee: a. selection into any team; b. participation in tournaments; c. athletic scholarships; d. improvement in ranking; e. professional sporting opportunities; or f. achievement of any specific sporting outcome. 37.3 Coaching programmes are intended to provide structured training based on the objectives of the programme and the participant's current skill level.
38.1 SAZ may substitute a coach due to illness, leave, operational requirements, scheduling conflicts, resignation, emergencies or any other reasonable circumstance. 38.2 A change of coach shall not automatically entitle the User to a refund unless specifically provided under the applicable Coaching Policy.
Participants are responsible for attending coaching sessions on time. Missed sessions shall not ordinarily be rescheduled unless expressly permitted under the applicable coaching plan.
Participants shall: follow coaching instructions; maintain discipline; wear appropriate sports attire; respect fellow participants; avoid abusive behaviour; immediately report injuries or illness. SAZ may suspend or remove participants whose conduct adversely affects the coaching environment.
Each participant confirms that they are medically fit to participate in the selected sport. Where a participant has an existing injury, medical condition or physical limitation, such information should be disclosed to SAZ before participation. SAZ reserves the right to require a medical fitness certificate where reasonably necessary.
Tournament registrations shall be subject to: eligibility criteria; available slots; payment of applicable fees; submission of required documentation; compliance with tournament rules. Registration does not guarantee participation where verification or qualification requirements remain pending.
SAZ may determine: match schedules; draws; seeding; grouping; scoring systems; qualification criteria; officiating procedures; tie-break mechanisms. Such decisions shall be final unless a review mechanism is specifically provided.
Tournament schedules may change due to: weather; player withdrawals; court availability; technical failures; emergencies; administrative requirements. Participants shall remain responsible for checking updated schedules communicated through the Platform or official tournament notices.
SAZ may declare a walkover or forfeit where a participant: fails to report on time; withdraws after confirmation; violates tournament rules; behaves in an unsporting manner; is medically unfit to continue.
Prizes, certificates and awards shall be distributed in accordance with tournament rules. SAZ reserves the right to withhold prizes where: eligibility conditions are not satisfied; fraudulent information is discovered; anti-doping or disciplinary violations are established; administrative errors require correction.
SAZ may provide a Sports CV platform enabling Users to create athlete profiles showcasing achievements, rankings, statistics, certifications, photographs, videos and related sporting information.
The User warrants that all information uploaded to the Sports CV: is truthful; is supported by appropriate evidence where required; does not infringe third-party rights; is capable of independent verification where claimed. The User remains solely responsible for inaccuracies.
SAZ may verify athlete achievements through: tournament organisers; sports associations; educational institutions; coaches; uploaded certificates; publicly available records; other reliable sources. Verification by SAZ shall not constitute certification of future accuracy.
SAZ may remove or restrict access to any Sports CV or portion thereof where: false information is detected; copyright infringement is alleged; privacy rights are affected; legal notices are received; community standards are violated; safety concerns arise.
SAZ may publish rankings based upon methodologies determined by the Company. Ranking methodologies may consider factors including: tournament participation; verified match results; skill assessments; coaching evaluations; activity levels; performance metrics; other objective criteria adopted by SAZ. SAZ may revise its ranking methodology from time to time.
SAZ may provide technology-enabled services including: AI coaching; match analysis; nutrition guidance; body composition analysis; movement analysis; injury prevention recommendations; training plans; performance insights. Such services are intended to assist Users and shall not replace professional coaching, medical advice, physiotherapy or nutritional consultation.
Information generated by AI systems shall be considered informational only. Users shall consult qualified healthcare professionals before relying upon recommendations relating to: injuries; medical treatment; dietary requirements; supplementation; rehabilitation; physical fitness. SAZ shall not be responsible for decisions taken solely on the basis of AI-generated recommendations.
Users may upload: photographs; videos; comments; reviews; match recordings; achievements; certificates. The User grants SAZ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute such content solely for operating, improving and promoting the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. Ownership of the original content remains with the User.
Users shall interact respectfully with: coaches; officials; volunteers; spectators; parents; athletes; SAZ personnel. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, hate speech, threats, intimidation and abusive conduct are strictly prohibited.
Users may report misconduct through the reporting mechanisms provided by SAZ. SAZ may investigate complaints and take proportionate action, including: warnings; temporary suspension; permanent removal; tournament disqualification; reporting to law enforcement or competent authorities where required.
Suggestions, ideas, feature requests or feedback voluntarily submitted to SAZ may be used by SAZ for improving its products and services without any obligation to provide compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
58.1 The User acknowledges that participation in sports, fitness activities, coaching programmes, tournaments and recreational activities involves inherent and unavoidable risks. 58.2 Such risks may include, without limitation: slips and falls; muscle strains; fractures; ligament injuries; dehydration; heat exhaustion; collisions with other participants; equipment failure; accidental impact from sports equipment; permanent disability; and in rare circumstances, death. 58.3 The User voluntarily assumes all ordinary and inherent risks associated with participation in sporting activities.
59.1 By participating in any activity organised or facilitated by SAZ, the User represents that they are medically fit to participate in the selected activity. 59.2 Users with known medical conditions, allergies, injuries or physical limitations should consult an appropriate medical practitioner before participating. 59.3 The User remains solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their physical condition.
60.1 Where requested, the User shall disclose material medical information that may affect safe participation. 60.2 Such information may include: cardiac conditions; epilepsy; asthma; severe allergies; recent surgeries; existing injuries; physical disabilities; or other medical conditions reasonably relevant to sporting participation. 60.3 Failure to disclose material medical information may increase the risk of injury and may limit SAZ's ability to provide appropriate assistance during emergencies.
Each User agrees to: warm up appropriately; use suitable sports equipment; wear appropriate footwear; remain hydrated; immediately stop participation if experiencing pain, dizziness or illness; report unsafe playing conditions to SAZ staff.
62.1 In the event of a medical emergency, SAZ may, acting in good faith, provide or arrange reasonable first aid and emergency assistance until qualified medical personnel arrive. 62.2 Where immediate medical attention appears necessary, SAZ may contact: emergency medical services; the emergency contact provided by the User; the parent or guardian of a Minor; or any other person reasonably necessary in the circumstances. 62.3 The User authorises SAZ to take such reasonable steps where the User is unable to provide informed instructions due to the emergency. 62.4 SAZ does not guarantee the availability of medical professionals, ambulances or specialised medical equipment at any facility.
Unless otherwise required by law, all medical expenses arising from participation shall remain the sole responsibility of the User. SAZ does not provide medical insurance for participants unless expressly stated in writing.
Any accident, injury or safety incident occurring within SAZ facilities should be reported to SAZ staff as soon as reasonably practicable. SAZ may prepare an incident report for operational, insurance, legal or safety purposes.
65.1 Equipment provided by SAZ shall be used only for its intended purpose. 65.2 Users shall inspect equipment before use and immediately report visible defects. 65.3 Users shall discontinue use of equipment that appears unsafe.
Outdoor activities may be postponed, suspended or cancelled due to: rain; lightning; excessive heat; flooding; poor air quality; government advisories; or other unsafe environmental conditions. SAZ's decision regarding participant safety shall be final.
Spectators shall: comply with facility rules; avoid interfering with play; follow instructions issued by SAZ staff; refrain from abusive or disruptive conduct. SAZ may remove spectators whose conduct affects the safety or enjoyment of others.
68.1 The safety and well-being of Minors is a priority for SAZ. 68.2 Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring that Minors are dropped off and collected in a timely manner unless otherwise agreed under a supervised programme. 68.3 SAZ shall not be responsible for supervising Minors outside the scheduled duration of an organised programme unless expressly undertaken by SAZ. 68.4 Parents shall promptly notify SAZ of any medical, behavioural or safety information reasonably necessary for the safe participation of the Minor.
By registering a Minor, the parent or guardian confirms that: they have lawful authority to act on behalf of the Minor; the information provided is accurate; they consent to the Minor's participation; they consent to the collection and processing of the Minor's personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy; they accept these Terms on behalf of the Minor.
All Users shall demonstrate sportsmanship, respect and fairness. Without limitation, Users shall not: intimidate opponents; abuse officials; harass coaches; discriminate against participants; engage in violent conduct; deliberately damage property; endanger other participants. Repeated or serious misconduct may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent exclusion from SAZ facilities and events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, each User acknowledges that sporting activities involve inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated despite reasonable safety measures. Participation is voluntary, and the User accepts responsibility for risks ordinarily associated with the chosen activity. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for negligence or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
72.1 The Platform, including its software, source code, databases, user interface, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, business processes, layouts and documentation, is owned by or licensed to SAZ Sports LLP. 72.2 Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any ownership rights to the User.
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the Platform and Services remain the exclusive property of SAZ or its licensors. These include, without limitation: SAZ name and branding, Logos, Mobile applications, Website design, Software, Booking engine, AI models developed by or for SAZ, Sports CV architecture, Ranking algorithms, Performance analytics, Training methodologies created by SAZ, Photographs, Videos, Articles, Graphics, Marketing material, Databases, Reports, Documents, Course material.
SAZ grants the User a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for lawful personal use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: resale; commercial exploitation; reverse engineering; decompilation; copying substantial portions of the Platform; creating derivative works; automated scraping; extraction of databases.
The names "SAZ Sports", "SAZ", associated logos, slogans, branding elements and other marks displayed on the Platform are proprietary trademarks or pending trademarks of SAZ Sports LLP unless otherwise indicated. No User shall use such marks without prior written permission.
The User retains ownership of photographs, videos, certificates and other original content uploaded to the Platform. However, by uploading such content, the User grants SAZ a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to: host; store; reproduce; display; publish; transmit; distribute; resize; optimise; and use such content solely for operating, improving, promoting and administering SAZ Services. This licence terminates upon deletion of the content, except where retention is required by law, ongoing proceedings or legitimate operational purposes.
77.1 Photographs and videos may be captured during: coaching sessions; tournaments; events; promotional activities; award ceremonies; community programmes. 77.2 Such recordings may include participants, spectators and coaches. 77.3 Subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy, SAZ may use such material for: promotional campaigns; social media; website content; brochures; investor presentations; media coverage; internal training. 77.4 Users who do not wish to appear in promotional material may submit a written request to SAZ. SAZ shall make reasonable efforts to honour such requests where operationally feasible, but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background appearances.
For the purposes of safety, security, dispute resolution, incident investigation and protection of property, SAZ facilities may be monitored through CCTV or other lawful surveillance systems. Recordings shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
SAZ may collect information necessary to provide and improve its Services, including: registration details; booking history; payment information (excluding sensitive payment credentials handled by payment partners); participation records; coaching progress; tournament performance; Sports CV information; communications with SAZ; technical usage information. The collection, use, storage and disclosure of such information shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Platform may integrate with third-party service providers including: payment gateways; SMS providers; email service providers; mapping services; cloud hosting providers; analytics providers; communication platforms; identity verification services. SAZ is not responsible for the independent policies or actions of such third parties, except to the extent required under applicable law. Users may also be subject to the terms and conditions of such third-party providers.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or applications. Such links are provided solely for convenience. SAZ does not endorse or assume responsibility for third-party content, products or services. Users access such resources at their own discretion and risk.
SAZ shall make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur due to: maintenance; upgrades; server failures; internet disruptions; cyber-security incidents; force majeure events; third-party infrastructure failures.
SAZ may update, modify or replace Platform features from time to time. Users may be required to install updated versions of the mobile application to continue accessing certain Services.
SAZ may introduce experimental or beta features. Such features: may contain errors; may change without notice; may be withdrawn at any time; may not perform as expected. Users acknowledge the experimental nature of beta features.
Where a User voluntarily provides suggestions, ideas, recommendations or feature requests, SAZ may use such feedback without restriction or obligation to compensate the User, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Users shall not knowingly attempt to: compromise Platform security; bypass authentication; exploit software vulnerabilities; conduct penetration testing without written approval; interfere with other Users' access. Any such activity may result in immediate suspension and legal action.
Any rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by SAZ Sports LLP.
88.1 SAZ may temporarily suspend or restrict access to the Platform, Facilities or any Service where reasonably necessary for: scheduled maintenance; emergency maintenance; system upgrades; security incidents; fraud prevention; legal compliance; public safety; operational requirements. 88.2 SAZ shall endeavour to minimise service interruptions wherever reasonably practicable.
Without prejudice to any other rights available under law or these Terms, SAZ may suspend a User Account where: these Terms are materially breached; fraudulent activity is suspected; payment disputes arise; abusive conduct occurs; false information has been submitted; intellectual property rights are infringed; safety of other Users may be compromised; government authorities issue lawful directions. Where appropriate, SAZ may provide the User with an opportunity to respond before taking permanent action.
90.1 By the User — The User may discontinue use of the Services at any time. Deletion of an Account shall not affect obligations arising before such deletion. 90.2 By SAZ — SAZ may terminate access where continued use is unlawful, unsafe, fraudulent or materially inconsistent with these Terms.
Upon termination: future bookings may be cancelled; membership benefits may cease; promotional offers may lapse; access to digital services may be withdrawn. Termination shall not affect: completed transactions; accrued payment obligations; surviving legal rights; dispute resolution provisions; intellectual property rights.
SAZ shall not be liable for delay, interruption or failure to perform any obligation arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters; floods; earthquakes; pandemics; epidemics; war; terrorism; civil unrest; strikes; government restrictions; power failures; internet outages; cyber-attacks; failure of utility providers; acts of God. Performance shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable after the Force Majeure event ceases.
Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. SAZ does not warrant that: the Platform will always be uninterrupted; every Service will always be available; AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate; rankings will always remain unchanged; coaching will achieve specific sporting outcomes; every tournament will proceed exactly as scheduled. Nothing in this clause limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
94.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential loss arising from use of the Services. 94.2 Such losses include, without limitation: loss of profits; loss of opportunity; loss of reputation; loss of goodwill; loss of sporting opportunity; loss of data; business interruption. 94.3 Where liability cannot be excluded under law, SAZ's liability shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
The User agrees to indemnify and keep indemnified SAZ, its partners, employees, coaches, consultants, affiliates and authorised representatives against claims, losses, damages, costs and expenses arising from: breach of these Terms; misuse of the Platform; fraudulent conduct; infringement of third-party rights; false Sports CV information; unlawful User Content; negligent or intentional damage to SAZ property; violation of applicable law by the User. This indemnity shall survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
97.1 The Parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussions. 97.2 If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either Party may pursue remedies available under applicable law. 97.3 Nothing in this clause prevents either Party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect legal rights.
Subject to applicable law, the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SAZ Sports LLP shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Failure by SAZ to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies. Any waiver shall be effective only if made in writing.
The User shall not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from SAZ. SAZ may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor, franchise operator or purchaser of its business, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with all policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the User and SAZ concerning the use of the Services and supersede prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
The following provisions shall survive termination or expiry of these Terms to the extent applicable: Intellectual Property; Payment Obligations; Indemnity; Limitation of Liability; Confidentiality (where applicable); Dispute Resolution; Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Data Retention required by law; Any provision intended by its nature to survive termination.

These Terms shall come into force on the Effective Date published on the Platform and shall remain in effect until amended or replaced by SAZ.
